A sixty-nine suite, nine floor tower with sixteen townhouses attached on the north side, The Wellington rentals are for families, couples and individuals. Located on the south shore of False Creek in Vancouver, the majority of the suites are market rent and a small number of tower suites are subsidized by the Society. Spectacular views from suites include downtown, the mountains and the vicinity of False Creek. Eight suites have very large patios facing Granville Island, False Creek and Downtown Vancouver.
